3. Hosting and Technical Operation
This website is technically operated by a processor and hosted on its server infrastructure:
Danapfel Digital, email:

Within the scope of technical operation (hosting, maintenance, mail delivery), the service provider
may access personal data that arises when you visit this website or use the forms. Such processing
is carried out exclusively on documented instructions on the basis of a data processing agreement
pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The legal basis for engaging the provider is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
(legitimate interest in secure and efficient technical operation of the website).
4. Server Log Files
When the website is accessed, the server processes technically necessary access data: IP address, time of the request, requested URL, data volume transmitted, and browser type. These data are used solely for delivering the website and ensuring its secure operation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable and secure operation). Log data are deleted automatically after a short period.

When you use the contact form, your details (name, email address, and your message) are processed to handle your request. The date of birth is used solely to verify eligibility for joining the promo team (including age verification).
Submissions are delivered by email via our own mail server (Mailcow); no data are passed on to other third parties. You also receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt by email to the address you provided. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract initiation / pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing incoming enquiries). Contact enquiries are deleted no later than 6 months after they have been conclusively processed; application data are deleted once the selection process is complete, unless a collaboration is established and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Some pages may contain embedded YouTube videos and the ticket widget provided by ticket.io. These contents are loaded only after you actively consent by clicking the corresponding button. When YouTube is loaded, personal data (in particular your IP address) may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. The USA is considered a third country that does not fully match the EU data protection level; access by US authorities cannot be entirely ruled out. The transfer is based solely on your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR.
